§ 20.84.630. Recordkeeping and reports.
A.
Records. An Agency shall maintain adequate records of its displacement activities in sufficient detail to demonstrate compliance with this chapter. These records shall be retained for at least 3 years after the displacement occurs.
B.
Confidentiality of records. Unless otherwise provided by law, records maintained by an Agency in accordance with this chapter are confidential, except that they may be made available to the Department to determine compliance with this chapter.
C.
Reports. An Agency shall submit a report of its displacement activities under this chapter when requested by the City Department Head. Normally, such reports will be submitted every 3 years, unless the Department Head requests a report more frequently.
