§ 20.76.120. Warrants or checks—When issued.

The Director of Finance and Administrative Services shall issue no warrants or checks for any condemnation awards, interest or costs prior to the acceptance of such awards by the City Council as provided for in Section 20.76.020, but such warrants or checks may be issued at any time thereafter.
