§ 20.76.020. Acceptance of awards.

Latest version.

If the City Council shall accept the awards for any improvement, or if the time allowed by law for rejecting the same shall have expired, the Director of Finance and Administrative Services shall notify the Clerk of the Superior Court, the County Assessor and the City Attorney of such acceptance or such expiration of time for rejection.
