§ 20.48.040. Filing of statement of contract amount.
Latest version.
Whenever the Director of Finance and Administrative Services shall award any contract
for any public work or improvement, or any part thereof, or shall have determined
to make such public work or improvement, or any part thereof, by day labor under such
official's management, the Director shall forthwith file a statement of the amount
of such contract or the estimated cost of such work, and shall enter such amount upon
the books in his or her office as a preliminary charge against the appropriation made
to cover the cost and expense of such work or improvement.
