§ 20.38.010. Definitions

The following words and phrases shall have the meanings hereinafter described unless the context in which they are included clearly indicates otherwise:

"Apprentice" shall have the same meaning as given under Section 20.37.010, as may be amended from time to time.

"Apprentice Labor Hours" means the total hours required to be worked by Apprentices on a public works project.

"Director" means the Director of Finance and Administrative Services or his or her designee, or any successor.

"Labor Hours" means hours performed by workers who are subject to prevailing wages under RCW 39.12.
