§ 7.26.060. Administration and enforcement.

The Director of the Department of Finance and Administrative Services ("Director") shall enforce and administer this chapter, and is hereby authorized to adopt procedures for its implementation. The Director and the Director's duly authorized agents are authorized to enter the premises of any facilitator and inspect all disclosures, postings, and other relevant documents for the purpose of determining compliance with this chapter. The Director and the Director's duly authorized agents are authorized to issue citations for violations of this chapter.
