§ 5.56.060. Failure to pay tax—Violation and penalty.

    It is unlawful for any person within the City, upon whom is levied the leasehold excise tax imposed by this chapter, to fail to pay such tax at the time and in the manner prescribed by Section 5 of the State Act.

    B.

    Conduct made unlawful by this chapter shall constitute a violation subject to the provisions of Chapters 12A.02 and 12A.04 of this Code (Seattle Criminal Code) and any person convicted thereof may be punished by a civil fine or forfeiture not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00).
