§ 3.02.125. Hearing Examiner filing fees

A.

The filing fee for a case before the City Hearing Examiner is $85.00, with the following exceptions:

B.

Filing fees are nonrefundable unless otherwise provided in this Code. The City Hearing Examiner may waive a fee if the person seeking the waiver demonstrates that the fee will cause financial hardship.
