§ 25.12.690. Application for certificate of approval—In conjunction with permit application.

If an application is made to the Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections
for a permit for an action which requires a certificate of approval, the Director
of the Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections shall require the applicant
to submit an application to the Board for a certificate of approval. Submission of
a complete application for a certificate of approval to the Board shall be required
before the permit application to the Seattle Department of Construction and Inspections
may be determined to be complete. The Director of the Seattle Department of Construction
and Inspections shall continue to process the permit application, but shall not issue
any such permit until the time has expired for acting upon the certificate of approval
or a certificate of approval has been issued pursuant to this Chapter 25.12.
