A.

"Cabinets" means open shelving, curtained shelving or shelving equipped with doors.

B.

"Certificate of Compliance" means a certificate issued by the Director, based upon an inspection which certifies that required corrections have been made.

C.

D.

Closed to Unauthorized Entry. See "Building, closed to unauthorized entry."

E.

"Court" means a space, open and unobstructed to the sky, located at or above grade level on a lot and bounded on three (3) or more sides by building walls.
