§ 20.60.214. Bid notification.
A statement regarding the Director's or a department's intent to procure recycled-content products or recyclable-content products must be prominently displayed in the procurement solicitation or invitation to bid including:
A.
A statement in each product specification describing the post-consumer waste content or recycled-content preferred; and
B.
A statement describing the City's price preference policy for recycled-content products and the manner in which such price preference for recycled-content products shall be applied in evaluating the responses or bids; and
C.
A statement that the Director or any department which procures a product shall have the right to verify the certification by review of the bidder or manufacturer's records as a condition of the bid award.
