§ 20.60.132. Contracting with Public Benefit Organizations—Exemption

The Director may negotiate with Public Benefit Organizations for Goods and Services without competitive bidding as otherwise required by SMC 20.60.106. Such purchases shall be made at the fair market price in the judgment of the Director.
