§ 20.60.110. Informal Competitive Threshold

Purchases of Goods and Services below the Competitive Solicitation Threshold may be made by a Department without Competitive Solicitation. To the extent possible, the Department shall endeavor to obtain at least three competitive bids, and award to the lowest and best bidder. The Department may consider the same criteria used by Competitive Solicitations.
