§ 20.20.040. Establishment of local improvement district.

Whenever the Council shall order any such improvement to be made, it shall in the ordinance ordering the same establish a local improvement district to be called "Local Improvement District No. _____," which shall include all the property found by the Council as aforesaid to require such fill as a sanitary measure.
