§ 14.10.150. Violation—Penalty.

  • It is unlawful for any person to wilfully engage in an unfair practice under this chapter or wilfully resist, prevent, impede or interfere with the Director or Hearing Examiner in the performance of their duties under this chapter, or to fail, refuse, or neglect to comply with any lawful order of the Director or Hearing Examiner. Conduct made unlawful by this section constitutes a violation subject to the provisions of Chapter 12A.02 of the Seattle Criminal Code and any person convicted thereof may be punished by a civil fine or forfeiture not to exceed Five Hundred Dollars ($500).
